Refund policy

Sometimes, even the best things in life don’t find their perfect match, and we want you to be satisfied with every piece you buy from Del Sol Boutique. 

Del Sol Boutique has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be returned in the condition in which you received them—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached—or the return may be denied.

Please note: Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item back within 5 business days. If the return is not shipped within this time, your return may be canceled.

Please note tags must be attached - no tags = no refund. We will not accept returns with signs of wear, deodorant stains, or cigarette smell.

Please note we do not accept any returns with human hair or excessive animal hair covering the garments. We will offer a 50% store credit or will send the items back to you at no charge if the above is found.

If your return is accepted, we will email you back with confirmation and send you a shipping label.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If beyond 7 days, the item will no longer qualify for return or replacement.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing. 

The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions.

 Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
